WHY PET PARENTS LOVE SPLOOT
Customer Testimonials
Finn had his first appointment here today. I rescued him a little less than three weeks ago so he’s still shy with strangers approaching him. They did so well at making him feel comfortable and he warmed right up to them. They gave me recommendations with pricing before having me agree to anything. Highly recommend! We have a follow up appointment in a month for a booster. They also gave a welcome bag with alot of treats for Finn as well!
They guided me every step of the way, and were very honest about prices. In fact, they gave me a discount as a first time visit and it was good pricing for two animals. Dr. Johnston spent SO much time with us and reviewed every question with detail with us. Anything and everything you need, they will text you back. I highly recommend this vet! I want to switch my dog over to them now too!
I brought my two cats to Sploot for their annual exams. The staff was so friendly and patient with my kitties! They took extra care for all exams and found out my little guy had a UTI! They also laid out all my treatment options to make sure it doesn’t come back or get any worse. They sweetened the deal with a couple treats!
The vet I saw was probably the friendliest vet I've ever interacted with, and just made the whole visit a lot less stressful! We were taken back to an exam room immediately despite being 20 or so minutes early, and seen by the assistant and vet quickly after. We were also given several treatment options in order to rule out any variables. I will definitely be recommending Sploot to any of my pet owning friends!
So pleased with our experience at Sploot. Scheduling was easy and we got in quickly for a sick visit. Since Lola was also due for her wellness exam and vaccines they accommodated for that as well. Dr Johnston was so kind and helpful. We will make Sploot our new vet spot.
I recently had to bring in my cat for an emergency exam, and they were wonderful throughout the entire process. They worked to get him seen quickly, and they explained everything each step of the way. Overall, they were very patient with me and my cat during a very stressful and chaotic time, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of care received.
The team is SUPER caring; they take TIME to explain every little thing; you get TEXT updates when your pet's surgery is finished, stating how it went and that he's recovering. There are treats in the exam rooms. Everyone is friendly, and REASONABLY priced. All the other crazy vet thieves in this city who are masquerading as caring about pets can take a seat now. Sploot rocques!
Customer Testimonials
"All of the employees at Sploot were very warm and welcoming. My pup was just as pleased with the service as me. Speedy and reliable. 10/10 would recommend for anyone on the market for a vet!"
"What a great experience! We were floored with our first visit. A refreshingly modern and pup-first approach to pet care. Dr Jake was a dog whisperer in getting our sometimes (okay always) ornery Bernedoodle to relax for a shot...The digital scheduling and billing makes logistics a cinch- will be recommending Sploot to all of our pup Scout’s friends!"
"I really appreciate how Dr Jake took the time to let my dog warm up to him, and even lick cheese off his hands, before jumping into the exam. Everyone involved had the dog in mind, making the experience as comfortable for her as possible".
"The most friendly staff, beautiful facilities, I know that my labradoodle is in the best hands!"
My pup Theo had a great experience at Sploot! Dr. Alexa and Dr. Jake were super nice and put Theo at ease right away (he doesn't love vets). Their convenient hours made it incredibly easy for me to go after work - and plus, the beautifully designed clinic made going to the vet a totally different experience for me and Theo! He really enjoyed choosing from the treat / toy / sunglasses bar and walked away a happy pup.
Sploot Vet is truly a place like no other!!! You walk in and instantly feel welcomed and know your very special fur baby is in the best place with the best care. Every one of the staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming. Our little fur baby even got to walk a way with her tail wagging...Highly recommend taking your pet here!
I took my 5 year old bullmastiff, Kit, to Sploot...Kit has a tendency to be a bit shy at the vet but Dr. Alexa went above and beyond to win Kit's love with lots of treats and incredible kindness. The atmosphere in Sploot is unlike any clinic I have visited before. The entire hospital is immaculate and the staff are super friendly. I will be returning to Sploot for all my veterinary needs!
