This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of Sploot Veterinary Care (“Sponsor(s)”) and their/its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers, and advertising, promotional and judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win. This promotion is available only at Chicago Sploot facilities and cannot be used at Colorado locations.

HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry Method

Beginning on March 27, 2025, you may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an Official Entry form (including your name, zip code, and e-mail address) via our online entry method. Regardless of entry method, you may enter only once. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on April 7, 2025. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

There will be [2] Prizes awarded. Each Prize consists solely of a FREE LIFETIME OF PET VACCINATIONS FOR YOUR PET. The Prize includes Sploot credit for up to annual prevention vaccines per year for up to 18 years. The vaccine credit will be issued electronically to the winner annually on the anniversary of the first vaccine credit award, for as long as the winner’s legally owned pet is alive or up to 18 years, whichever is shorter. The approximate total retail value of each Prize is $200, and the total approximate value of all Prizes is $400. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

RANDOM DRAWING

A total of [1] Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about one week after April 7, 2025, by judges selected by Sponsor(s). Their decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Only one Winner per household is permitted. The Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or mail service within one week of the promotion ending and will have 24 hours to respond and accept the prize, after which a new Winner will be drawn.

PRIZE CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for Prize: Only valid for first-time Sploot clients at Chicago Sploot facilities.

• Usage: Valid for one pet only, for the pet’s entire lifespan.
• Pet Requirements: Valid only for adult dogs (canines) or cats (felines) one year or older that are legally owned by the Winner.
• Vaccine Details: Applicable only for annual (once yearly) boosters specific to your pet’s age and species. Valid for up to 5 regular annual prevention booster shot vaccines (including Bordatella, DAPP, FELV, FVRCP, and Leptospirosis vaccines) administered by a board-certified veterinarian employed by Sploot Veterinary Care at a Chicago facility. Booster shots do not include the Rabies vaccine, which is required in many states by law.
• Non-transferability: The prize is valid only for the winner's legally owned pet and cannot be transferred to another pet.

REDEMPTION

Each Sploot vaccine credit issued annually to the Prize Winner shall be redeemable for 12 months from the date of issuance. Any credit not redeemed within this period shall be forfeited and canceled. Redemption is subject to Sploot Veterinary Care property availability. The credit may only be used for yearly wellness exams provided by Sploot Veterinary Care and administered to the winner’s legally owned pet.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor(s) and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. In the event of early termination, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to that point.

By participating, Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor(s) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims arising from the operation of this Sweepstakes, or from any injuries, damages, or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) resulting from participation or from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize.

1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE SPLOOT VETS FEBRUARY DENTAL PROMOTION

The Sploot Vets Dental Promotion (the “Dental Promotion”) will run from February 1, 2025, until February 28, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Clients who complete a dental consultation at any Sploot Vets clinic during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the following discounts:

• $100 off their pet’s dental exam if they complete a dental consultation between February 1 and February 28, 2025.
• An additional $100 off if they book the dental exam on the same day as their consultation.
  

Total potential savings: Up to $200 off the dental exam.

To receive the discount, clients must use the coupon code “FEBDENTAL” when filling out the dental consultation form.

Dental consultations and exams may be booked online, by phone, or in person. This promotion is limited to one redemption per client per pet during the Promotion Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Dental Promotion will not apply to:

1. Any dental consultations completed after February 28, 2025.
2. Any dental exams booked after the consultation date (for the additional $100 discount).
3. Any urgent care visits, non-dental surgical procedures, or other wellness visits.
   

If a Sploot Vets clinic is closed for any reason during the Promotion Period, that clinic will not participate in the Dental Promotion on that day but may designate an alternate date at its sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to Sploot Vets clients, 18 years and older as of February 1, 2025, except for employees of Sploot Vets (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), as well as members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.

3. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT

Any eligible client who:

By booking and attending a dental consultation with Sploot Vets as part of this Dental Promotion, Client waives all rights to, and holds harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Dental Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional discount.

6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

Client agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Dental Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado and Illinois, without giving effect to any of their conflict of laws provisions. Client further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Dental Promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Colorado or Illinois.
