Ongoing Promotion – No Expiration Date

1. Promotion Overview

The Wellness Weekdays Promotion ("Promotion") offers eligible clients 50% off select IDEXX reference blood panels when booked during qualifying wellness exam appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This Promotion is offered by Sploot Veterinary Care ("Sploot") on an ongoing basis with no scheduled end date. Sploot reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Promotion at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to all Sploot clients, including both new and existing clients, subject to the following conditions:

• The appointment must be a wellness exam (not an illness or sick visit).
• The appointment must be scheduled and take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
• The discounted blood panel must be ordered and performed during the qualifying wellness exam appointment.
• Sploot Pack members are eligible for this Promotion; however, discounts cannot be stacked (see Section 6).

3. Qualifying Days

The Promotion discount applies only to wellness exam appointments that occur on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday each week. Appointments on Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. Promotion Discount

Eligible clients will receive 50% off the standard price of one (1) qualifying IDEXX reference blood panel per patient, per qualifying appointment. The discount applies at the time of service.

The discount is limited to one blood panel per patient per qualifying visit. Multiple blood panels ordered during the same visit are not eligible for multiple discounts.

5. Eligible Blood Panels

The 50% discount applies exclusively to the following IDEXX reference laboratory blood panels:

• IDEXX RL [8659999]: Senior Screen
• IDEXX RL [26639999]: Senior Profile with Reflex UPC (if indicated)
• IDEXX RL [71729999]: Feline Senior Profile with Reflex UPC
• IDEXX RL [7809999]: Senior Profile
• IDEXX RL [25979999]: Total Health Plus Profile with Lab 4Dx Plus Test (Canine)
• IDEXX RL [19999]: HealthChek Profile
• IDEXX RL [759999]: Total Health Plus Profile
• IDEXX RL [75]: Total Health Plus Profile Select
• IDEXX RL [909999]: Feline Senior Profile
• IDEXX RL [10139999]: Total Health Profile

Blood panels not listed above are not eligible for the Promotion discount, regardless of when the appointment occurs.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

The following exclusions apply to this Promotion:

• Illness appointments: The Promotion does not apply to illness or sick-visit appointments, even if wellness services are also performed during that visit.
• Non-qualifying days: Appointments on Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are not eligible.
• Non-listed panels: Only the blood panels specified in Section 5 qualify for the discount.
• One discount per patient per visit: Only one blood panel per patient per qualifying appointment is eligible for the discount.
• No stacking: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Sploot promotions, coupons, special offers, discounts, or Sploot Pack membership discounts. If multiple discounts are available, only the single highest-value discount will apply.
• Third-party services: The Promotion applies only to services provided directly by Sploot clinics. Third-party vendor services, including SplootRx online pharmacy, are excluded.

7. Modifications and Termination

Sploot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Sploot website. Continued participation in the Promotion after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

This Promotion does not constitute an insurance policy and is not a substitute for pet insurance. Sploot is not responsible for services or products provided by third-party vendors. The Promotion discount is applied at the time of service and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
