Yes. Choose Affirm at checkout to split your membership into fixed monthly payments at 0% APR with no fees. You get the full year of member savings while spreading the upfront cost.
Yes. Because most insurers reimburse you directly, you pay Sploot at the time of your visit and submit your itemized receipt to your provider. We'll provide whatever documentation they need.

Checking your options with Affirm is a soft check that never affects your score. CareCredit lets you prequalify with a soft check too — your score is only affected if you go on to submit a full application. Either way, seeing if you qualify is free.
