Yes. Choose Affirm at checkout to split your membership into fixed monthly payments at as low as 0% APR with no late or hidden fees. You get the full year of member savings while spreading the upfront cost.
Yes. Because most insurers reimburse you directly, you pay Sploot at the time of your visit and submit your itemized receipt to your provider. We'll provide whatever documentation they need.
