Yes — free parking is available in front of the clinic. The entrance is accessible, and our team is happy to help if you need a hand getting your pet inside.
Sploot River West is scheduled to open in March 2027. We’ll confirm the exact opening date, hours, and booking details closer to the time — sign up to be notified and you’ll hear from us first.
Yes. We don’t bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit — we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
Bring any prior medical records or vaccination history if you have them — we can also request them from your previous vet. A leash or carrier, your pet’s favorite treats, and a list of any medications they’re currently on are all helpful.
No — membership is optional and anyone will be able to book a visit at Sploot River West once we open. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want bundled wellness exams, vaccines, and discounts on services year-round.
Sploot River West will be a full-service clinic: wellness & preventive care, urgent care & sick visits, surgery, dental, vaccinations, puppy & kitten care, and more — all under one roof. We handle over 95% of your pet’s care needs in-house.
We’ll be a convenient Sploot clinic for pet parents in River West, West Town, Noble Square, Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park, and Fulton Market. Our Logan Square and Lincoln Park clinics are also a short drive away.
Sploot River West will be located at 691 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60642, on Milwaukee Ave in the River West neighborhood, just northwest of the Loop, opening March 2027. We’ll share full directions and parking details closer to opening.
