You can always reach out to us via the following channels: 

  • Chat with our team through the Sploot Vets app - best for general concerns, questions and rescheduling.
  • Text or call (720) 740-8129 - best for rescheduling and other urgent matters. 
  • Email us at records@splootvets.com - specifically for sending your pet’s past medical records. 
  • Email us at info@splootvets.com - best for general (non-urgent) questions.

Note: We are able to reply to texts or answers calls during our Pet Parent Experience Team’s operating hours: 8 am - 10 pm, daily (including holidays and weekends).
