We don’t bill insurance directly, but our Colorado Springs veterinarians provide itemized invoices that you can submit to any major pet insurance carrier (Trupanion, Healthy Paws, Nationwide, ASPCA, Lemonade, and more) for reimbursement. Payment is collected at the visit—we accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and CareCredit.
No, membership is optional, and anyone can book a visit at Sploot Interquest. SplootPack is available for pet parents who want the same top-tier care at Sploot, plus exclusive discounts and savings of up to $650 per year.
Sploot Interquest is open 8 AM–8 PM, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays—same-day urgent care is available during these extended daily hours. We do not offer overnight 24-hour critical care. If your pet needs after-hours emergency care, we’ll help coordinate the right specialty Colorado Springs animal hospital or ER, and we can follow up with your pet the next morning.
Bring any prior medical records or vaccination history if you have them—we can also request them from your previous vet. A leash or carrier, your pet’s favorite treats, and a list of any medications they’re currently on are all helpful.

Yes. Sploot Interquest accepts urgent drop-offs during regular hours (8 AM–8 PM) for issues like vomiting, limping, fever, ear infections, cuts, burns, bites, foxtails, skin and eye irritation, and so on. Call ahead at (719) 657-6248 so we can prep for your pet’s arrival.
