Not getting our texts?
When a text from us shows as delivered, it reached your phone. Your iPhone may have filed it where you won't see it. These four steps bring our texts back, and they take about two minutes.
We'll show its texting number in the steps below.
Four steps to get our texts
Check your Spam folder
Open Messages and tap the Filters button in the top-right corner. Tap Spam. If you see Unknown Senders in the same menu, check there too.
Find a text from Sploot? Open it and mark it as not spam, so the next one lands in your Messages.
Turn off Screen Unknown Senders
Tap the Filters button again, then Manage Filtering. Under Unknown Senders, turn Screen Unknown Senders off.
When it's on, texts from numbers that aren't in your contacts come in silently. You can also find it in Settings, under Apps, then Messages.
Prefer to keep screening on? That's fine. Step 3 lets our texts through anyway.
Save Sploot to your contacts
Your iPhone never filters a number that's in your contacts. Tap the button below on your phone, then tap Create New Contact. It saves the texting number for every Sploot clinic in one contact.
Adding it yourself? Your clinic texts from its texting number.
Text START to your clinic
If you ever replied STOP to one of our texts, we can't text you again until you reply START. Send it anyway if you're not sure. It won't sign you up for anything new.
Choose your clinic at the top of the page and we'll fill in the number.
Using Google Messages?
Open Messages, tap your profile picture or the menu, then Spam & blocked. If a text from Sploot is there, open it and tap Not spam. Then save our contact and text START, just like steps 3 and 4.
