1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROMOTION

The Sploot Vets February Dental Promotion (the “Dental Promotion”) runs from February 1, 2026 through February 28, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Clients who complete a dental consultation at any participating Sploot Vets clinic during the Promotion Period will be eligible for:

• $150 off their pet’s dental procedure

To receive the discount, clients must use the coupon code FEBDENTAL when completing the dental consultation form.

Dental consultations and procedures may be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Important timing notes:

• The dental procedure does not need to be booked on the same day as the consultation.
• The discount remains valid for dental procedures booked in March 2026, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
• Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is valid for 30 days following the dental consultation. Clients must schedule their dental procedure within this 30-day window to use the bloodwork from their consultation.

This promotion is limited to one redemption per client per pet during the Promotion Period.

The Dental Promotion does not apply to:

• Dental consultations completed after February 28, 2026
• Urgent care visits
• Non-dental surgical procedures
• Wellness visits
• Any services outside of a dental procedure

If a Sploot Vets clinic is closed for any reason during the Promotion Period, that clinic will not participate in the Dental Promotion on that day but may designate an alternate date at its sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to Sploot Vets clients who are 18 years of age or older as of February 1, 2026, excluding:

• Employees of Sploot Vets (“Sponsor”)
• Affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies of the Sponsor
• Immediate family members or household members of the above (collectively, “Promotion Parties”)

Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT

Any eligible client who:

• ✅ Completes a dental consultation between February 1–28, 2026

Will receive:

• $150 off their pet’s dental procedure

Discounts will be applied to the final invoice at the time of the dental procedure.

This offer cannot be combined with:

• SplootPack membership discounts
• Any other promotional offers or discounts

4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking and attending a dental consultation as part of this Dental Promotion, clients agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sploot Vets, which are final in all matters.

• This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past visits.
• No substitutions or transfers of the promotional discount are permitted.
• Clients who cancel or reschedule are subject to Sploot Vets’ cancellation policy.
• Terms are subject to change, and the promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Dental Promotion, clients waive all rights to, and hold harmless, the Promotion Parties from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, or consequential damages), or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in this promotion or the use of the promotional discount.

6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

All matters arising out of or relating to this Dental Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Colorado and Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Colorado or Illinois.

7. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with this promotion is subject to the Sploot Vets Privacy Policy.
