Sploot Pack™ Membership Plan - Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Veterinary Clinic Membership Plan (“Membership Plan”) provides exclusive benefits to enrolled members, including complimentary exams and discounts on products and services offered by Sploot Veterinary Care, not including third-party service providers. A 30-day risk-free cancellation period applies as described below.
2. Membership Benefits
- Three (3) free standard exams per membership year, wellness or urgent/sick.
- 25% off spay and neuter.
- 15% off dental procedures.
- 10% off all other in-clinic services and products.
- Discounts apply only to services and products provided directly by Sploot clinics.
- Discounts do not apply to services or products facilitated by third-party vendors.
- SplootRx online pharmacy is excluded from membership discounts.
3. Membership Eligibility
The Membership Plan is available to pet parents who enroll at any Sploot location. Each membership applies to a single pet. Additional pets require separate memberships.
4. Membership Fees and Renewal
The Membership Plan requires an annual fee, payable at the time of enrollment. Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees are refundable only within the 30-day risk-free period described in Section 10. After the 30th day of a term, fees are non-refundable. The 30-day risk-free period applies only at initial enrollment, not at renewal.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The Membership Plan covers only services and products provided directly by the clinic. Third-party vendor services, including but not limited to SplootRx online pharmacy, are excluded from discounts. Other exclusions include specialty surgery (for example TPLO repair), specialty ultrasound or echocardiogram, and oncology services. Membership benefits cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions, coupons, special offers, or discounts offered by Sploot. If multiple discounts are available, only the single highest-value discount will apply.
6. Cancellation and Termination
Members may cancel their membership at any time. If cancellation occurs within the 30-day risk-free period, Sploot will refund the membership fee, less the value of any membership benefits used during that term, as described in Section 10. If cancellation occurs after the 30-day risk-free period, refunds will not be issued. The clinic may terminate any membership due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with clinic policies. Memberships terminated for cause are not eligible for refunds. By enrolling, the member authorizes Sploot to charge any payment method on file for amounts owed that result from benefit usage offsets described in Section 10.
7. Amendments and Modifications
Sploot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the Sploot website, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Sploot may, at its discretion, also notify members of significant changes by email or other communication channels, but such notice is not required for changes to take effect. Continued participation in the Membership Plan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
The Membership Plan does not constitute an insurance policy and is not a substitute for pet insurance. The clinic is not responsible for services rendered by third-party vendors.
9. SplootRx Credit (Online Pharmacy/Store)
The SplootRx credit is up to 50 dollars in credits for the first 100 members and up to 20 dollars for all other members. Any member, including the first 100, can use the code WELCOME. This is 35 percent off your purchase, up to 20 dollars. This code is only eligible for your first order. If this is not used on your first order, you will not be able to get it again. If you have ordered from SplootRx in the past, then this code is not available for you to use. If you are one of the first 100 Sploot Pack members, you will receive an email from the Sploot marketing team with a custom code that will give you 30 percent off, up to 30 dollars. This has to be used on your second order. Neither of these codes are eligible for in-clinic medicine purchases, and they cannot be stacked with one another on the same invoice. SplootRx credits and promo codes are not refundable and are not part of the membership discount.
10. 30-Day Risk-Free Cancellation
Members may cancel within the first 30 days of a new membership term and receive a refund of the membership fee. The refund will be reduced by the value of any membership benefits used during that term. Benefits include free standard exams, valued at the clinic’s posted exam rate at the time of use, and any in-clinic discounts applied under the membership, including but not limited to 25 percent off spay and neuter, 15 percent off dental, and 10 percent off other eligible services and products. If the value of benefits used exceeds the membership fee, the member is responsible for the difference, which Sploot may charge to the payment method on file. The 30-day risk-free period applies only at initial enrollment and does not apply to renewal terms. Purchases through third-party vendors, including SplootRx, are excluded from refunds and are not considered membership discounts.
By enrolling in the Membership Plan, the member acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
