We make sure our doctors are supported — in every way.
- Compensation Model: Competitive ProSal with regular merit-based assessments.
- Licensing Fees: We cover veterinary and DEA licenses so you can focus on practicing.
- PLIT Insurance: Comprehensive coverage with both clinic-wide policies and reimbursement for personal PLIT.
